1. How do I know the condition of the pre-loved/used items?

In order to assist you, a system is developed to explain the condition of all our pre-loved/used items.
Conditions are as follows:

  • New: new items but no tags
  • Excellent: hardly worn items, probably worn once or twice and shows no clear signs of flaws
  • Very good: minimal wash wear items
  • Good: lightly worn, very light fade items
  • Satisfactory: more wear but no stains

2. How should I place an order online?

You can shop online 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week. Browse items through website http://www.babyshoponline.co.nz and order through our secure server.

After you make your selection by clicking the 'Add to cart' button. Add or remove items throughout the process. Once you are happy with your selection, click on the checkout button.

Your shopping list will then be displayed allowing you to check before going to the payment page. Payment must be made by Visa or Mastercard. All prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollars and include GST.

If you wish to pay by other methods, please contact us for alternative payments.

3. Do I receive an order confirmation?

After your order is submitted, you will receive an email containing order and contact details. If you have any questions, please contact us.

4. What happens if my goods are damaged in transit?

You have 48 hours to notify us of any problems including if the delivery goods are broken, damaged or faulty.

The damaged goods must be returned to us in order to provide a refund (not including postage). Any items returned must be in original, unused condition, with the original packaging and must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

5. Can I return the item if it is not the right size?

You may return the wrong size item to us within 7 days of delivery. We will happily provide a refund or give you credit for the returned item. Please note postages are not refundable.
